Shipping Policy

Once you place your order, we will ship your parcel within 48 hours. Most of the time, we will ship it on the same day. You will receive an email as soon as your parcel has been sent. 

We use Royal Mail and we deliver throughout the U.K for free.

Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any delay to your delivery that is beyond our control.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days : jolymayco@gmail.comwith photographic proof.

We will give you a full refund or a replacement item as you desire. For damaged or faulty returns, we will cover postage costs.

We are always here to help. Do not return your items before contacting us.

Return your items within 14 calendar days from the day you received it. The items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused in the original packaging. 

We do not cover the cost for the shipping return.
